C-Tane Plus™ raises the cetane rating of diesel fuels for significant operating improvements. Cetane is the measure of a fuels ability to auto-ignite. With diesel engines, this is a critical factor affecting cold starting, power output, emissions, and the operating sound level of the engine. Most OEM engine manufacturers recommend a cetane rating of 45 to 50, while most fuels available in the US and Canada provide a rating of 40.

Directions:

For best results, add C-Tane Plus™ to fuel tanks prior to fueling and according to printed directions. Use 32 ounces for each 250 gallons of fuel (1:1000 treatment ratio). This product should be used every time you fuel for best engine performance. For cold weather treatment of fuels, use Polar Flow™ or CFT–Complete Fuel Treatment™.
